::My visit to Dr. Helgert was anything but satisfactory. Despite all the positive reviews, I was bitterly disappointed. After the second appointment, it was obvious that my expectations for communication and transparency were not being met. The consequence was to look for another dentist. When I expressed my dissatisfaction in a letter in December and requested the data I had collected for the diagnosis, I encountered further problems. Despite my evidence that the letters were sent and received twice, the practice denied receipt. Such denial led to even more frustration and anger on my part. The fact that I have not yet received my details, that they deny having received the letters and that they simply hang up on my calls convinces me that I have also been treated disrespectfully. I do not consider it illegal to request my data or to publish my review here.

::I was with Dr. Summer and I was very satisfied!! I had problems for years with a tooth that had already undergone a root canal but had not improved. Thanks to Dr. Summer I can finally live pain-free again!! Among other things, I had her make an inlay, which was done very thoroughly. You immediately feel at home thanks to her cheerful and at the same time calming nature. Thank you for that!! Prophylactic appointments in this practice are carried out very carefully and thoroughly, but the higher price is okay.

::I have been a patient in Dr.'s practice for a long time. Helgert and always super satisfied. Regardless of whether there are problems or with classic teeth cleaning - the team is super friendly, helpful and explains the individual steps. My last teeth cleaning at Edina was super pleasant and the way my teeth felt afterwards was really great! You feel very well looked after and very comfortable when you enter the practice. The technology is state-of-the-art and the ambience is also very nice. I am always happy to recommend the practice!
