    My husband was a patient. At the first conversation we were assured that his teeth could be treated. The first few appointments went well then suddenly he was treated by another doctor. Then he would always be told something different. So I called and asked. Then I would be told something different than in the first conversation. Then the lady wanted to speak to the doctor again and call me back. She did the same a day later, but I was told something different and then I asked to speak to the doctor personally again. Since a piece of filling fell out of my husband, he should be checked again by the doctor on Friday and then the problem should be discussed again. He had the appointment at 8:50 a.m. and was in the practice at 8:53 a.m. He was then told that he was too late and that he would no longer be treated. Since he had the appointment at 8:45 a.m. but the confirmation SMS from the previous day proves that the appointment was at 8:50 a.m. Since I was on the phone, I heard everything. My husband then tried several times to talk to Mrs. Doctor. Then there would be discussion. The ladies then insisted that my husband leave the practice and even threatened to call the police. Although he politely asked several times if you could tell him what the problem was. I told him on the phone to come home first. I then called the practice again from home. The first lady tried to tell me several times that it was 15 minutes late. But when I insisted that it was 3 minutes, the phone would then be passed on to another lady. This lady was so rude that I have never experienced it before. She would get louder and so rude. Last but not least, the phone would be hung up on me. I think a professional practice shouldn't treat patients like that. If something was discussed in the first conversation and something else develops over time, you have to tell the patient about it immediately. And the ladies at the front must under no circumstances be so rude.

    I would almost write that I have enjoyed going there for many years...but who enjoys going to the dentist? In any case, I always leave the practice with the good feeling that everything possible was done for me and that the existing expertise was used to maintain my health...even as a statutory health insurance patient. The fact that I have to pay a little extra here and there is due to the system and my choice of insurance. At least I haven't regretted a single euro yet. The organization of the practice and the atmosphere in the team hardly appear in need of improvement, which benefits me as a patient. Thanks for that!
