  Called several times about problems & incorrect invoices, was always supposed to call back, but that never happened! Absolutely impossible to communicate with the team. If you want to come by to clarify things in person, the practice is said to be closed. I not only received my treatment and cost plan, but also that of another patient. I can only advise against this practice.

  Am disappointed. 5 dental visits - 5 different dentists. What the first dentist found the first time, the second dentist no longer saw. One said wisdom teeth were out, the other said they were “healthy and had room”. In the end the “dilemma” was big, it didn’t have to come to that. AND my 600 euro partial crown (3 months old) was placed on a completely diseased tooth 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

  Unfortunately, I would not recommend this practice. I was recommended a filling worth €800 at a general check-up in December 2020, which I accepted with the belief that it would have to be done but that my teeth would be in perfect condition. Then, 2 days before my appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed, I was canceled without any explanation or alternative date. When asked, all they said was that they didn't know when or if the operating doctor would come back. So I should take care of it myself (and as we all know, that takes months). Today I had an appointment with another dentist who found a lot of smaller defects (e.g. loose fillings) that I wasn't told at the check-up appointment in December. You can ask yourself whether the €800 was really necessary? I feel a bit deducted because I can now pay around €300 for small things at the new dentist. You would actually think that this would at least be determined at the first appointment. The only positive thing was the employees, who were nice and courteous. Therefore 2 stars. I would only give one star for the performance and communication. So for me it's an absolute no.

  I have only been a patient in the practice for a short time. I had two appointments myself (check-up and PZR) and in the meantime I was there with one of my sons (check-up and treatment with PZR). Everything went off professionally. We feel comfortable in the practice and well treated. I think it's very good that I was greeted personally at the second appointment - you feel welcome as a patient!

  I'm irritated that there are reviews here from two years ago, but the practice only opened in January 2020. Well. The first two appointments (check-up and teeth cleaning) went well. But back in March I was informed that “my” doctor was no longer there after three months. The new doctor advised me about jaw joint problems without even looking at my teeth or checking my joints. In general, for me the website looks more like what the site really is like. The dental assistants are committed and very nice. Appointments are going well. I said that I did not want to be contacted by email or phone for an appointment or advertising. I still got an email for my birthday.
