::Because we were moving, we needed a new dentist and found this practice through Google and not least because of the Google reviews. I can only confirm the good reviews. I personally go to the dentist Dr. Wittkowske and have to say that it is the best dentist I have ever been a patient of. The work is done carefully and what I particularly like is that everything is explained to you in an understandable way. You also take the time to give the patient a mirror and show it. Big praise for this way of working. In addition to making appointments in person and by telephone, appointments can also be made online via the website - a dream! The other employees have always been more than friendly. You feel completely comfortable, so that the “dental fear” can be easily pushed aside ;-) Update 03-2024: I always make my check-up appointments online and today I went to see Dr. Hassebrauck as holiday replacement. No rescheduling an appointment or a terse cancellation because my “regular dentist” is on vacation. No, the practice independently ensured that my appointment was kept without any additional effort for me as a patient. Again, big praise for this service. Thumbs up!

::The worst practice I know of. Very unfriendly staff and only looking for money. They simply charge more and the invoices are not corrected if you point this out. The answer from the older lady who does the billing is that anyone who has private insurance will probably be able to afford it. Otherwise, Mr. Hassebrauck will no longer treat him. He doesn't work for the minimum rate. This is a bottomless impudence. Unfortunately, it is not possible to speak to Mr. Hassebrauck personally because he blames his unfriendly employees. Old people who cannot defend themselves are excluded! The practice seems to buy their good reviews. I can't explain the reviews otherwise. Unfortunately you have to give one star. They don't deserve any. If the answer comes that I am not a patient, that is true. But I represent a patient who cannot defend himself. Sorry, ex-patient, he will no longer be treated by you.

::In 37 years of my life and as a patient with anxiety, I am just grateful to have come across this doctor. I will also travel from Bad Wildungen to Fuldatal for future treatments because it is more than worth it. I got my wisdom tooth out today. From the moment I entered the practice I was treated very kindly and courteously. For me it even felt like family. You can easily tell when a boss treats his employees well. You could feel this good mood immediately. A dental assistant even patted me on the shoulder and wished me good luck. The very young dentist was very sensitive, explained everything to me calmly and as soon as I knew it, the wisdom tooth was already out. I had an appointment at 9 a.m. and was in the car on the way back at 10 a.m. If I could, I would give 10 stars. I would like to thank the whole team from the bottom of my heart for helping me so quickly and easily.
