::A dental practice that from now on subordinates the well-being of the patient to profit. I have been a satisfied patient of Mr. Atema for the past few years. Unfortunately, I am no longer welcome there. When I asked about a check-up appointment, I was told that I would now only get one if I booked a professional teeth cleaning (once a year) for €100. This is now “part of your new concept” I was made to understand that I would not be able to get an appointment without booking this additional paid service. The “concept” is clear. Anyone who cannot or does not want to pay for this forced additional service is not making enough profit as a patient and is therefore no longer wanted. You can do that. At the end of the day, a dental practice is also a business. However, it leaves me with the impression that my health as a patient is not the top priority here. And why should I still want to be a patient there?

::Since switching to Ms. Albertsen, my children have really enjoyed going to the dentist. The staff at reception is very friendly. The practice is very modern and beautifully furnished, especially for children.

::I am very satisfied with the practice. When you come in it makes a nice, friendly impression. The typical dentist smell is not present. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I like going there because everyone has good technical knowledge and always gives you very good advice. I think this is also good practice for children and anxious patients!!!
