::Who is afraid of the dentist? Then make an appointment here! I've never experienced anything like that before - such friendly behavior when greeting you on the phone, the same in person on site, you're automatically in a good mood and save this dentist as "positive" in your head. Then you go to the appointment much more relaxed. A genuine interest in people that is lived and not just faked. By the way, I also think it's really great that the dentist describes the connections between diet and the condition of teeth and gums. If you want, you can take real learnings with you into your everyday life. Thank you for the great all-round support!

::The staff is very helpful and tries to solve the problem of the person in front of him. I was there at two different times and they helped me with both. They created a time for me because I had a toothache even though their calendar was full. Thank you for your understanding

::Today on New Year's Day, January 1st, 2022, I had to contact an emergency dentist's office near me because of a broken, large piece of a molar (I'm 68 years old). I put my concern on the answering machine and received a call back very promptly from Ms. Thierbach herself. It was really great! 6 p.m. appointment, extremely meticulous Corona protection measures (very good), and a short stay in the waiting room. The “problem” was solved very quickly with a temporary solution, with precise instructions on what to do next: go to your “family dentist” as soon as possible and have the crown placed. There was also further information about the general condition of my teeth and why the tooth is probably broken and needs a crown. What more could you expect from an “emergency dentist appointment”? My impression during the temporary "repair" of my tooth was that the doctor and assistant were very well attuned to each other. Compliment! There was no uncertainty! If my "family dentist", whom I greatly value, is not available on an ad-hoc basis, then I would like to use Ms. Thierbach's practice again without hesitation. So “thumbs up” and thank you for the professional treatment of my “problem”!

::A great dentist who can explain everything to a child in a very child-friendly manner about what the treatment will look like and thus take away the child's fear. We parents are also more than enthusiastic about Ms. Thierbach and her team.
