::I went for a check-up a few weeks ago and had my teeth professionally cleaned today. I can only report positive things in terms of scheduling appointments, handling in the practice and the professionalism of the doctor. Ms. Schmidt is very nice, explains a lot and in detail, answers questions and gives good tips. I am very satisfied there and will come back. The only thing that took a bit of getting used to was that the practice manager and the ZFA were on my first name - you don't know that otherwise, but it doesn't change the quality of the treatment.

::As part of Dr. Smile is my name to Dr. Schmidt recommended it without reading the Google reviews first. At first I didn't have contact with her during the preliminary scan of my teeth, but with a very nice young man who took a lot of time to explain and ask questions. I was always greeted warmly at reception. So the team is super friendly and professional. When I had my first IPR appointment, I was quite scared because I didn't know what to expect and I'm generally a bit afraid of dentists. Already when Mrs. Dr. entered the room without saying hello, I feared it wouldn't end well. She was visibly annoyed when asked questions and when I asked her to turn the device on for the treatment so that I could hear the noise, she left the room in shock and instructed her employees to show me. I was close to tears because in my fear, encountering such harsh behavior shocked me. I also noticed an unpleasant atmosphere between the doctor and her employee. When the doctor came back in, she asked me condescendingly why I had chosen such a treatment if I was acting like that. I cannot understand how such an unfriendly woman can be let loose on patients and I will definitely not visit this practice again! I moved to Bielefeld, where I was treated very friendly and sensitively at another appointment.

::That being said, it’s my turn to leave reviews. On September 16, I had an appointment with Dr. Schmidt, I got the impression that I went to a state dentistry, such an attitude towards the patient is only there. I came home and expressed my indignation to my neighbor. As it turned out later, she left negative comments here. After that, Mrs. Schmidt decided that I had left this comment and called me at 8 o’clock in the evening to find out what the problem was and that I was so ungrateful for leaving bad reviews and made it clear that we Ukrainians should be happy for such assistance. So I’ll tell you what: We didn’t come here of our own free will, and if my insurance pays for my treatment, this does not mean that we need to treat patients with disdain. It’s because of doctors like these that you are scared to go to the dentist and develop a phobia. There are no complaints about other employees!

::I am completely satisfied with the doctor and the practice team. As other reviewers have already mentioned, you are always reminded of the professional teeth cleaning if it was a long time ago. I like that. The treatment is thorough and there is actually no problem getting an appointment, even at short notice. I can definitely recommend the practice! 5* and keep it up!

::Excellent service. Short-term appointments. Short waiting time. The dentist takes enough time for the customers, explains treatment methods and shows alternatives. I am also constantly reminded of professional teeth cleaning and check-ups. Rarely has it been treated so carefully. The reception is always in a very good mood. If you are looking for more than just traditional treatment, you have come to the right place. Recommended, I'll stay here.
