::Every year I come to Berlin from the States for a few weeks. For many years now, I have been booking an appointment with Susanne for cleaning and with the doctor in advance. Time and again I am pleasantly surprised by the professional treatment, the excellent time management and the friendliness in this practice! ::Arrived at an appointment super quickly. VERY nice dentist. Unfortunately, I had to stop cleaning my teeth, although I said several times before that I felt pain in my gums, no consideration was given at all. The lady was completely unfriendly from the moment she was greeted. Otherwise great!

::The team at the Carl Bernhardt practice were great. I had a broken tooth which was really hard to remove to the point the dentist had to cut my gum to remove the root. It was a hard and painstaking job, but i nearly did not mind as the whole team was so professionnel, nice and caring. Thumbs up and big thanks to all of you.

::Extremely competent, very experienced dentist, brilliant craftsmanship, who offers an optimal feasible solution even with very tricky indications after careful consideration and then implements them precisely in collaboration with his class inhouse dental technician, in my case, a firmly anchored dentures in the front, ingenious performance!
