::Because of my move, I needed a new dentist. I called and was given a timely appointment in a very friendly manner because I had noticed two areas with tooth decay. I've been there twice now. The waiting time of 1 hour each was very long for a person like me who loves punctuality. Both times I was treated as a patient on an equal level, friendly and always very transparent about the current status, further steps and costs. I find that particularly remarkable. An x-ray was taken, three areas of caries that needed treatment were identified and it was explained how the dentist, Mr. Samardi, would proceed. At the second visit, 2 teeth were treated - with local anesthesia, without pain and very sensitively. The practice itself is beautiful, clean and tidy - a place to feel good. That was the best dentist experience in my life. Thank you Dr. Samardi. I don't want to say that I'm looking forward to the next time, but I'm no longer afraid of unpleasant experiences.

::The dental practice Dr. Michalides & Dr. I met Lang through social media. As a patient with anxiety, I had already been through several practices and each practice was specialized. Since I live almost 500 km away, I obviously didn't make the decision easy. The procedure was and still is very extensive. In October 2022 I moved my vacation nearby to make a first visit to the practice. I received a very clear and honest assessment of my teeth and a very precise description of the procedure so that I can smile properly again. I found the practice, the team and the approach very suitable for me and decided to fundamentally change my teeth. At the beginning of the year I was there again for an interview and in April 2023 for the operation. After the operation I slept for a whole day. But for anyone who is afraid of pain or a swollen face etc. I can rightly say I had NOTHING. I felt fine for the next few days. 4 days after the operation I received my temporary restoration. When you hear the term “temporary,” you can’t really imagine anything that works well. It serves as a temporary replacement until the final solution is found. Frankly, the first day and the first meal are unusual and after a week everything is part of everyday life. But smiling with full, white teeth is simply a wonderful feeling. This is already working perfectly with the temporary solution. Afterwards I went for another check-up, but laughing, with nicer teeth, 500 km there and 500 km back are really fun. Now I have an operation appointment in February 2024 to insert the implants and then again later for a “try-on”. The practice and the team are great and you can recommend them with a clear conscience. Many thanks to the practice team, you are doing a great job.

::I have been in Dr. Dr.'s practice for around 14 years, my wife and our children have been around for around 8 years. Michalides & Dr. Long patients. I am also an extremely, or rather, I was an extremely anxious patient. This fear was particularly apparent to me, Dr. Long taken, for which I am very grateful! As a family, we have never had any bad experiences in the practice or during treatment, quite the opposite. The team has always been very friendly, courteous and helpful. Please keep it up!

::After an accident when I was 19, I lost my upper front teeth. That was almost 40 years ago. At that time a bridge was made that absolutely did not match my old teeth. When I was 30, I had implants placed in the hope that nicer teeth could be placed on them. Unfortunately, the dental clinic wasn't able to make my teeth look nicer either. Although it was also a private clinic that at the time advertised extremely beautiful teeth. At 40, the next attempt at the nearest private aesthetic clinic. Same, if not worse, result. These are the “before” pictures you can see now. Considering that the price wasn't much cheaper than the result now, you really wonder how that can be. I am truly happy with my teeth for the first time in almost 40 years with this result. Great respect for this work. For the type of treatment in the practice. Can't imagine it getting any better. I thank Milan from the bottom of my heart. Everything you promised has happened. I am completely thrilled and can only recommend the practice without any reservations.
