::Super nice and competent children's dentist and team. We have been going there with our two children for several years now and are still satisfied (despite various dental surgeries). The attitude of some previous reviews regarding handling during Corona (if one child is sick at home, the other cannot come either) is incomprehensible. The practice was only able to keep the practice open during the wedding through clear rules of conduct during the wave of illness and did not have to do it all the time, as with others, where someone from the staff is always sick. Appointments were also always straightforward. And one thing shouldn't be forgotten: the Löwenzahn practice is one of the most frequented children's dental practices in the region. Clear recommendation!

::I had an appointment with my two young children. One was sick and I left him at home. The big one was healthy and freshly tested for corona. We were shown outside because his brother was sick. I find it impossible because then I can't come all winter because someone always has something. Very incompetent.

::Our child is being treated by Ms. Storzer and had a minor procedure due to tooth decay a few days ago. Everything was discussed in detail beforehand and our daughter was slightly sedated because she is still very small and cannot sit still on the chair. The sedation made her very relaxed but still awake. However, she was not afraid and the treatment on her mother's lap worked out great and our daughter cannot remember anything. After the treatment, we parents were even given coffee and were allowed to wait in peace with our child in a cozy room with a bed until the sedation was no longer effective. There were also some presents for our child. The procedure was not only relaxing for us parents, but also for our child, who finally came back happily with many presents from the practice. For our child, thanks to the great team at Löwenzahn, the dentist is a place where people play and get presents, sometimes they look in the mouth for a moment, but that's about it. We can definitely recommend this practice and find that dealing with the children there is incredibly professional. You can tell how much heart the dentist puts into her work and you can feel the passion. This doctor is definitely not about the money.

::We are more than enthusiastic about this practice and the employees. Everyone, regardless of whether they are a doctor's assistant, dentist or nacosis doctor, is not only technically more than good, but also the way they treat patients and their parents deserves more than five stars. Our child had treatment with sedation and happily walked into the practice and happily walked out with lots of presents. Absolutely no fear or trauma, despite tooth decay treatment. In addition, our child is severely handicapped several times, does not understand everything, sees and hears poorly. But everything went smoothly, the staff were very empathetic and the sedation was perfect, as was the quick, professional treatment. We parents were also very well informed beforehand and were able to stay with our child the entire time. We also had an emergency a few weeks ago because a tooth broke off. Although the doctor was on vacation, we were able to contact her and she discussed with us what we could do. She would even have come to the closed practice on her vacation to treat our child and help us. Far from greed for money ... All the conversations we had with her are not paid for by the cash register. As far as I know, children don't have to pay any additional payments to the dentist. How can I get an invoice? Unless you are privately insured, but even then you get the money back. So it's a shame that someone poisoned the profile with false facts ... Anyone who decides as a dentist to only treat children instead of adults renounces a lot of money from the start and, in my opinion, does his job not for the money but out of passion and dedication. That was exactly what we had, not just with the dentist but with the entire team. In addition, the location is perfect, in the middle of the city, easily accessible. The practice itself is beautifully designed and perfectly designed for children and also barrier-free. Visually more like a kindergarten or a children's room and not like a dentist. There is always a present or two for the child ... We are very happy to have met this great children's dentist and we can recommend her 100 percent. We parents would like to be patients there ourselves. 😂

::I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I just can't leave some things as they are. We are absolutely satisfied in this practice and feel completely at ease! Our little ones are treated very, very lovingly and sensitively and they are not afraid of our visits here. So we have never had bad experiences here and could not find any excessive demands or even greed for money, on the contrary! Should we ever have to reschedule an appointment, that's no problem at all. From our side there is a very clear "Keep it up!" Thanks very much!
