::The reception - super nice, you immediately feel welcome The dentist takes his time and explains everything down to the smallest detail twice. The first visit for my little daughter was also great! Nothing had to be discovered and everything was allowed to be discovered! Class!! The waiting time is also okay. So far I've had to wait a maximum of 30 minutes! Thanks! ::I have known Ms. Höpcke for 6 or 7 years now. First of all, I have to say that the treatments have always been good and successful, that's not the problem here. However, I have to say that I don't recommend this practice to anxious patients, maybe that's natural a personal problem because I repeatedly stopped treatments due to insurmountable fear, for example, running out of the practice shortly before the treatment and biting on work equipment, that sort of thing, so I only went to Ms. Höpcke when I was in pain and almost never had follow-up appointments Adhered to. My last appointment was a molar removal, which was very painful because the tooth had to be levered out. I was also very put off by dentists after this treatment, even though Ms. Höpcke said that she couldn't take the pressure off with the local anesthesia. Unfortunately, the tone is only good after successful treatment, before that I always had the feeling that she didn't want to talk because she only ever liked to talk after the treatment, but then the incident happened that I no longer needed to come to Ms. Höpcke According to her statement, since I only come when there is pain and don't appear for further treatment, so I don't attend follow-up appointments, I see the whole thing as an unofficial or reformulated stay-at-home ban. In the meantime, I have decided to attend dentist appointments regularly due to unbearable pain at night. Now I'm at the work colleague Mr. Noske .. But unfortunately broken teeth are also repaired here. Unfortunately it's not the cause of acute pain. Now I'm looking for someone I can trust and can get the right tooth even in acute pain. I got it and ended up here again 😂, but unfortunately I have Afraid of going to Ms. Höpcke again because of the things that happened back then. greetings

::Very friendly, personable and committed staff in the reception area and in the doctors' work rooms. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. No long waiting times and a pleasant atmosphere. If it didn't imply that I have a toothache, I would write that I like to go there.

::Best dentist ever - very friendly team. Ms. Höppke is extremely nice and sensitive. Finally great registration, they also keep track of everything so you don't have to wait long. Absolutely recommended.

::You feel in good hands here, friendly staff and competent doctors who are also happy to draw sketches to explain questions to the patient. The casual conversations lead to a relaxed atmosphere, even during treatment. I'm very picky when it comes to dentists. I can warmly recommend this practice, especially Mr. Müller. :)
