::I would first like to thank you for the friendly atmosphere and the nice staff in your dental practice. I am particularly positive about the professional and friendly approach of Dr. Omar Senen and his team noticed. However, I unfortunately have to make a complaint regarding my last teeth cleaning. At first everything went smoothly because the costs were covered by my health insurance. Unfortunately, I was not informed that the prophylactic specialist had independently decided that I would have to bear the costs myself without the health insurance company paying. This comes as an unpleasant surprise to me. It is regrettable that this decision was made without informing me. I'm disappointed about it😪
