I have been with Dr. for years. Bölter was treated and I always felt very well looked after. The staff is friendly and helpful, and various treatments were always carried out properly for me. I can recommend the practice in any case.

When I came to the practice about 1.3 years ago, I didn't immediately notice the fake friendliness and addiction to insurance cards. I was only able to recognize the false promise of health to me after my request (renovation) was always answered with “I don't have a plan.” Over 1.3 years of teeth cleaning checks!!!-repair of dentures. It is still necessary to act as quickly as possible when it comes to dental renovation. I had to take out my repeatedly broken dentures in the waiting area and hand them over in a bowl. Tears about the unpleasant situation in the waiting area were of no interest. I was allowed to attend appointments at 1 p.m. until 1:40 p.m. because lunch was still being eaten. Unfriendliness and impudence increased. Inquiring about/questioning offers within the practice “confused the treatment concept.” (Lol, because there was never a treatment concept.) Anesthesia in this practice is also a big challenge. My suggestions for hypnosis and/or alternative procedures were strictly rejected. In the patient's distress, new rules of behavior are always set up capriciously. As a result of the increasing (and almost permanent) unfriendliness, I lost my smile and was thrown out. Now for the second time I am requesting that the complete CT scans (and the ones I brought with me) be sent. And please: Naive husbands (as patients) please stay vigilant and/or stay away. Someone is looking right now! These were some of the “sweets” of my experiences. Contrary to hearsay, I formed a personal opinion. 1.3 years ago there were still three frightened practice assistants working, now there is one more. Talking doesn't help. In these spaces only one person is in the right. Pride comes before a fall.

Difficult to reach by phone. The doctor is very unfriendly. You can also tell that something is wrong because most of the doctor's assistants have now left because they couldn't stand it. She is less interested in the health of the patients. More like the money she gets for her sometimes useless measures (e.g. x-rays over and over again). I absolutely cannot recommend them.

I have been with Dr. for about 10 years. Bölter in treatment and have had various problems treated by you. Be it your training, the assistance team, the practice equipped with very modern equipment, the sensitivity and caution during the treatment and the more than satisfactory results, I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dentist. It is also advisable to get your own impression on site. The care is highly professional and quick.

A dentist who knows how to play on patients' fears to cash in. I was looking for a second opinion on crowning a molar. Since the doctor promotes tooth preservation, I also asked for tips on long-term dental health. Bottom line: The question of measures to promote dental health was not addressed at all. On the contrary... presto an x-ray was taken to show how bad my teeth really were. No caries, but the recommendation: crowning ALL molars so that I would have peace of mind in the long term, since fillings and an incorrect bite would only cause trouble. In response to my objection that it was about preserving my tooth structure, I was replied: "There isn't much left of my teeth anyway because of the existing fillings." She also thought it was necessary to correct my darkly discolored incisor because I was "such a pretty young woman" and therefore didn't have to walk around like that. An appointment for a teeth cleaning was then suggested for the following day. My impression: Someone wants to earn a lot of money here!
