  I have been a patient at Dr. Bongartz's practice since 1994 and not without reason. Doctor Bongartz is a very competent and emphatic doctor. Likewise the whole team. There is no better dental practice for me.

  I've been going to Dr. for years. Bongartz and am always very satisfied with the treatment. My wisdom tooth surgery a few weeks ago went smoothly despite the difficult position of the tooth and I was back on my feet after two days. Everything healed perfectly, very good work. I have already recommended this dentist several times with a clear conscience and I always feel like I am in good hands there. A friendly chat with the doctor before and after the treatment tops off this experience. Always happy!

  I went to this dentist twice for check-ups. He was always friendly and cheerful, so I even recommended him to my cousin. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed on my last visit in mid-April. It was clear to me afterwards that he behaves completely differently when things get serious. Following his recommendation, I had a wisdom tooth removed from him. He gave me painkillers after the operation. But the medication had already expired for 7 months. I only discovered this after I took a tablet but the pain only got worse an hour later. After a call from my sister to the practice, I was supposed to come by to pick up a prescription for an antibiotic and ibuprofen 600. My sister asked if my cousin could pick up the prescription because I couldn't drive because of the pain. Unfortunately, I had to drive to the practice myself. There he looked upset and asked me twice if I wanted to take antibiotics. He seemed unsure and instead of reassuring me and apologizing for the expired medication, he behaved so rudely. He treated me like a malingerer and at the end said: "But your sister said you couldn't come!" So outrageous! He also injured the nerve during the operation, which to this day left me with numbness in my lower jaw and lip. It was clear from the x-ray that the tooth root was very close to the nerve canal. Such complications were to be expected. Nevertheless, he neither informed me nor referred me to an oral surgeon. Of course he didn't behave any better in the next two check-ups. Luckily, the nerve will heal over time. However, prior clarification should have been made. You don't expect such a bad experience, treatment error and especially such disrespectful behavior from an experienced dentist!!!!! therefore only one star.

  For me the best dentist from here to Timbuktu. With a lot of empathy, especially with children, but also with adults who are scaredy-cats, it's just brilliant. After countless dentist acquaintances, I got stuck with him more than 25 years ago. Today I can say: I like going to the dentist :-)

  Dr Bonartz takes a lot of time to exime his patients and he does his job very well. I'm so satisfied with the results. I suggest him.
