  Hello 😊 Mr. Butzmann did VERY GOOD work. The one point is only deducted because an employee gave incorrect information on the phone about Corona times and a stamp is now missing from the bonus booklet and that no installment payments will be made for dentures. A pity. Unfortunately, there was no conversation with Mr. Butzmann. So they parted ways.

  I have known Mr. Butzmann for several years and am writing this review because the last review posted here really annoyed me. First I have to say that I find it absolutely disrespectful to describe a dentist as a "craftsman" who "does" his work on his "customers". A dentist looks after his patients. That's exactly what I experienced with Mr. Butzmann. He is extremely qualified and works very carefully. How talkative someone is outside of their actual work and how positively this should be assessed is certainly very subjective. A comparison with Mr. Allroggen can only take this aspect into account. I would like to thank you very much for the complicated operations with excellent results, which Mr. Butzmann always carried out very carefully and sensitively. Kind regards to Kassel to Mr. Butzmann and the great team! A grateful patient and colleague

  Unfortunately, my experiences with Mr. Butzmann are rather negative. Certainly an experienced professional, but with weaknesses in communication. He does his job taciturnly, and when I asked about my pain he answered this question with “difficult”. It stayed that way until I actively started the conversation again. The insertion of implants was mentioned as a possible treatment. Unfortunately, the options from cheap to expensive were not presented. However, I expect this from every “craftsman”. As a customer, I can then decide for myself which service I want to use. His predecessor, Dr. Allroggen was of a completely different breed. Here I was always shown all the options, what was being done was explained during the treatment and I had the feeling that my health was the priority and not the doctor's wallet. I have now found a dentist I trust again.

  All I can say is thank you! After a long search, I found a dentist in Mr. Butzmann who really took me and my complaints seriously and also thought outside the box. Despite my fears, he was able to treat all my problems and pain very well thanks to his patience, precise explanations and his calm manner. Whether tooth extraction, root canal treatment, crowns or dental splints - every step and every treatment was treated with great care and in response to my fears. The entire team is super nice to me and there have never been any problems making appointments. I was always able to get an appointment quickly or come in if I was in acute pain and I always felt comfortable and well treated from day 1. Huge recommendation.

  This dentist makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. There is a great climate there and everyone was very nice and friendly to me. Furthermore, they did their job really well. This is the first dentist where I felt consistently good from the moment I walked in to the practice and throughout the entire treatment. And that despite a very intensive tooth removal.
