Excellent team of qualified doctors and crew members. They are all very friendly and effective on solving any problem. I've been a patient since 2006. The place is really beautifully decorated and the practice rooms are very comfortable. Dr. Deutschmann is a great professional and a very nice person. I highly recommend this.

The perfect dental practice for healthy and beautiful teeth ... Starting with the always very nice reception to the professional treatment ... Mr. Deutschmann leaves nothing to be desired and the teeth in his practice are almost as good as new ... You are in the best of hands with Mr. Boden, the dental technician in his practice. Perfect work down to the smallest detail ... I have blind faith in this beautiful practice and I am always looking forward to NEW ---- to my next dentist appointment .... Overall rating- just to be recommended !!!!

What I really have to say is that the team has been super friendly in the 3 times I've been there. From the reception to the treatment, it was really personable. This is how I would like to see it in every doctor. The rest of course is also flawless, but the atmosphere is an extra plus point for the practice. I was in another practice before and was given advice in the truest sense of the word in passing and the atmosphere was just cool. Not so great as a nervous dentist. I recommend the practice for people who value a smile and being friendly, but who also value high-quality treatment. ** Suitable for anxiety patients **

When I moved to Essen about a year ago, I had to find a new dentist for routine check-ups. Assindentia came up on my Google search and it was quite easy to schedule an appointment for about a week later. My first appointment went fine - the dentist (correclty) identified some cavities and asked to schedule another session for fixing them. I was also recommended a professional dental cleaning, though, I won't argue that it didn't make sense at the time (my last one had been a couple years back). After I had visited two more times - for the dental cleaning & the cavity removal+fillings - the issues started. First, part of one of the fillings I got broke off a few days after I had gotten it. It wasn't in a critical spot, so I didn't mind until my next routine check-up. They fixed it when I came in several months later - but it broke off again!!! Pretty much a couple of hours after I had left their practice. About a month after that, one of the fillings they had put in one of my molars got loose. So I had to come back in again... While the treatments were relatively painless until that point, this time it hurt quite a bit - since they had to carve out the old filling (less than 6 months after I had been put in). So, who would've thought, a large piece of the filling, in one of my other molars they treated, fell out completely. Out of four teeth they treated, two fillings went bad less than a year after they had been put in (two times at the same tooth). I clean my teeth deligently (electric brush, flossing, etc.) and wear protectional braces at night. Also, I have never had problems with any other dentist before. So, I would be surprised if all that's just coincidence or due to my negligence. Long story short, I just got the last filling, which fell out, fixed at another dentist practice. The dentist there took about 3x times as long to treat my teeth and make sure everything was good. He also did an x-ray to get a complete picture of my teeth - at assindentia they apparently never thought of it. Subsequently, he completely removed the old filling (which hurt like hell) because it wasn't put in very well and the material used was inferior... I just hope the fillings, which haven't broken or fallen out yet, will not cause me any more trouble. I guess studying dentistry and being a good dentist are two very different things. I normally don't write reviews and definitely have no interest in hurting someone's business. However, this whole debacle has cost me a lot of time and unnecessary pain.
