::Unfortunately, as a new patient you will be turned away. I just wanted to have a seal replaced that I lost. Dear Ms. Böhm, we should all stick to the truth. My first question on the phone was what about an appointment for a new seal, and I was actually offered one. However, after it was realized that I had not yet been a patient of yours, the appointment was canceled again on the grounds that no new patients could be accepted. It wasn't about the waiting time or the order of treatment, but treatment is done yes or no, whenever. Again, an appointment was suggested to me and then rescinded.

::Joint practice with different dentists. Very modern furnishings. Very easy to reach by phone. Staff is always friendly. My last visit to Ms. Böhm deserves special mention. Competent, capable and also empathetic.

::Like many people, I am afraid of the dentist; I have had horrible experiences since I was a child. You feel like you are in good hands in this practice. I had a nitrous oxide treatment and both Ms. Böhm and Elizabeta, who assisted her, were very sensitive and very understanding of my fear. Of course I still don't like going to the dentist, but from now on I'll be less panicky.
