::**If there are critical reviews, the dentist threatens to contact Google and the patient to delete the reviews. I don't like doing that, so I deducted another star. The 2 stars are now for the parking and the cleanliness. I just wanted to have a dental check-up. The appointment was made six months ago for today at 8:30, and I was there at 8:20. After registering, I took a seat in the waiting area, after 20 minutes nothing happened. In the meantime, another gentleman came behind me and had my teeth cleaned (takes about 1 hour), which means I probably had to wait another 40 minutes. So bye, I still have to work. In the end I spent 1.5 hours for the appointment and drove 20km there and back for free. I'm disappointed.

::I was in the practice clinic for treatment a year ago, in May 2022. My problem was a slanted wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted. I was treated by the senior physician Dr. Bonner. The first impression of Dr. Bönner and also his assistant were very good. Dr Bönner has a calming manner and you can immediately tell that he is an expert in his field. I got an appointment promptly and Dr. Bönner then extracted the wisdom tooth very quickly. I had no pain whatsoever, not even from the injection. Stitching the wound was also painless. A week later, the stitches were removed. It was my birthday that day, and Dr. Bönner and his assistant congratulated me. The hole in the jaw also healed very well and without complications. ::Not everyone is happy about a dentist appointment. We have been going to this practice for a long time now and feel very comfortable and competent there. Even our daughter comes 45 km here with her 2 children to be checked. A really great practice with very nice and competent employees and a great, friendly, competent boss as a role model.
