::Waiting times for me are always at least 45 minutes. The day before I was literally terrorized into bringing my appointment forward. This was then simply done through my husband without my consent. And when I wait an extra 3 months for an appointment to do prophylaxis and cleaning in one go, I am told that it is not possible that day. I recommend giving the practice a wide berth.
