::Bad experience regarding Emergency care phone availability while official in charge of Emergency care for Freiburg. I called them 3.x times on Sunday, April. 2, 2023. The Answering Machine took the call and quitted any of my 3 call attempts after 9:54 mins waiting time while on hold.

::Very friendly and professional. Didn't explain too much about the procedures, just enough to understand what she was doing, but not too much as to scare me off. The waiting time for an appointment is relatively short.
