::I have been a patient in the practice since 2016, now I have looked for another practice. In practice there is a constant change of staff, everyone says something different and I have the feeling that the services are no longer true. My grinding splint always lasted a maximum of 2 years and I was there several times because it never really fit. Now I was told that I supposedly grind so hard and therefore had pain in my jaw and that I needed a splint for €3000... which I refused due to the poor quality of the other splints. Normal splints, which are paid for in full by the cash register, are no longer made... and the career treatment, which is also paid for by the cash register once a year, is not offered. I don't feel comfortable here anymore because I have the feeling that the only focus is on profit...

::My daughter was extremely afraid of the dentist. Thanks to the dentists at the beautiful tower, she lost her fear and even enjoys going to the dentist. We're happy to cover a few more kilometers for this. The doctors and staff are super friendly and not only explain what is being done to the parents, but also explain it clearly to the children. We always enjoy going there. I can only recommend. Especially the children who have had bad experiences with other dentists.

::Today I took my little one (4 years old) to the dentist and had a slightly longer treatment (approx. 30 minutes). All the staff are so great with the little ones that my little one stayed there for 30 minutes, went home with a smile and is even looking forward to the next time. No trace of fear. Everyone there is just great, thank you for making the dentist experience so good for the little ones. We will be back. Normally you would have earned 6 stars 😉.

::From 2 years of personal experience in the family: This practice is a disaster and unusable. Nothing ever (!) worked. Always some excuses. Appointments are virtually non-existent. Forever long waiting times. Acute toothache: An appointment was made on site in the afternoon for one hour. In the end I waited another 3 hours after this point. Dental cleaning canceled one day in advance (booked months (!) in advance). Afterwards, I was unable to attend an appointment for dental treatment (simple filling) because a teeth cleaning was supposedly mandatory. Next appointment in 3 months. I had my teeth cleaned, with a bill for particularly intensive cleaning with the corresponding cost, even though I was told that my teeth were perfect and that almost nothing had to be cleaned.
