::Very bad dentist, very rude and sent me to another. No hole filled. Disrespectful to me and the person accompanying me, he said: "If I had been insured privately or with additional dental insurance, he would have done so immediately, but you can go to your own dentist!" Something like this has never happened to me before, inhuman.

::After my dentist retired and I was dissatisfied with the successor, I was desperately looking for a new dentist I could trust. I was not yet known here and yet I got an appointment from the very friendly receptionist in no time. There was also no long waiting time on site and the dentist was in the room before I could get my book out. I was a bit taken aback and really pleasantly surprised. Every step was explained to me carefully and clearly. Every question and concern was answered and valuable tips for everyday life were given. The entire team is very friendly, empathetic and well-coordinated. A supposed "horror" thus became a lasting positive experience, despite the unpleasant occasion. As a fearful patient, I really feel that I am in very good hands here and I will continue to be happy to take advantage of prophylaxis and professional teeth cleaning in the future. I can only fully recommend the Schäfer Dental Practice, and I even did so today when I met a friend whose family is also looking for a new dentist. Who would have thought that the dentist would leave without panic, pain and waiting for hours?
