::Bright, friendly rooms, very nice and competent employees. And a dentist who not only knows his trade, but also talks to the patients, explains the procedures to them and who even turns off the drill so that the poor person in the chair can say something! But the best thing is: Patients with subtle to brutal humor will find an equal conversation partner in Mr. Franke. Loud laughter from the treatment room is only available at Franke! Thanks for that.

::Even one star too many!!! My mother went to Mr. Franke's practice with an incredible toothache, as he had been her treating dentist for several years. After a quick look, he decided that the affected tooth had already been treated in Turkey. My mother then confirmed this because the tooth had already hurt 2 weeks before while on vacation and she had to go to the dentist on vacation. She then gets the bold answer that she should get a ticket and fly back to Turkey to have the tooth treated there. Even after an x-ray that showed a foreign body stuck in the tooth during root canal treatment, he didn't treat my mother!!! Even if my mother had had the tooth treated in Timbuktu, I can't believe that a supposedly sworn doctor would turn her away with such pain!!! This is a case for the medical association and should be prosecuted for xenophobia!

::A really great dentist, as well as the dental assistants... all very friendly, you feel like you're in good hands, even if you're a nervous patient. I had several sessions after I had an emergency (and thus my first visit) with him. I'm terrified of dentists (previous experience with others), and so far I really felt like I was in the best hands in this practice... I was always told what was being done, how much it might cost, and I knew straight away how long it would take. So really recommended. He even saved a tooth that I 100% thought needed to come out. Thanks again for that. Since I have a lot going on at the moment and once again I don't have the drive or courage to take further steps, I'm not currently undergoing treatment... but I hope that I'll tackle it personally again soon.

::For professional reasons and due to the poor work of my previous dentist, my teeth were never in good condition. Years ago I was given Dr. Franke was recommended by friends and I felt at home with Dr. from the start. Franke and his competent team are in good hands. Even though I am a difficult case of "choking patient", Dr. Franke always helps me. His whole manner, his approach, his explanations and, last but not least, his human humor at eye level are what set him apart. He gave me back sensible chewing for the second time. I would like to thank him and his entire team from the bottom of my heart.

::Friendly, caring and experienced, this practice team takes patients' concerns and fears seriously, finds sensible solutions for every budget and provides quick help. There is even pain treatment, which is carried out before the decision is made for a complete dental renovation at a cost equal to the purchase price of a new small car. I thank Dr. Franke and his staff for the good care and competent treatment in a family atmosphere. As - well - a former anxiety patient, I hope the practice stays with us in its current form for a long time.
