::A young doctor treated me. Absolutely not recommended. A piece of my front tooth broke off, exactly in the middle between 2 front teeth. Basically, the prices are clarified in advance. One side has been fixed. When asked why both sides weren't resolved, she felt attacked. I also said that I also pay for the other side. You can see the difference especially in the front area. She then said that I didn't need to pay for the one filling and that she wouldn't treat me any further. I was really offended. What bad thing did I say to make her react like that? Normally you would have to complain to the medical association about such behavior. And for Dr. Bittner has a doctor on his team that is damaging to his business. I had the feeling that she wasn't in the mood. Maybe you got off on the wrong foot? And very condescending and arrogant. I will never enter this practice again. My sons' appointments are no longer kept there either. Unfortunately I had to give it one star to even comment.

::Appointments canceled in good time for professional reasons and currently because of craftsmen. It was just a matter of checking. There was a subliminal suggestion that an invoice would be created and the doctor would have to be consulted. Method of treatment and handling of patients not recommended

::I'm a scared patient and was able to have an appointment before Christmas, but it didn't fit with other appointments on that day and so I didn't accept it (chronically ill child who also had appointments at the same time). Today I wanted to make a new appointment because of that Pain that I have been carrying around with me ever since and I was told that I would no longer be treated there...absolute disgrace! Mr. Bittner is a competent doctor and was able to allay my fears, but from a human perspective the practice seems to have little to do with it...

::My husband and I have been patients of Mr. Bittner for about 8 years. It is overdue to give high praise. From the friendly, always in a good mood and competent team to Mr. Bittner, we always feel comfortable and very well looked after. Whether PZR and preventive care or more complex treatments, we are in expert hands with Mr. Bittner. He takes his time and explains in detail. Not to be forgotten is the modern and sparkling clean practice. Many thanks to the entire Bittner team and we remain loyal patients despite having to travel a little further. 100% recommendation.
