::I came to the practice in spring 2020 as an anxious patient. The condition of my teeth was catastrophic after many years of neglect. Ms. Henze and her team were extremely friendly, empathetic and understanding and patiently showed me the options for renovation. The consistently positive, relaxed, almost familiar atmosphere in the modern practice took away any fear that had built up massively as a result of previous bad experiences. The upcoming treatments demonstrated the high level of professional competence of Ms. Henze and her team. I even survived major operations without fear or panic. Thanks to the excellent treatment, I now have perfect teeth again and can smile freely again. I am extremely grateful to Ms. Henze's entire team and would definitely like to recommend the practice to others.

::🚨🚨🚨NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ACUTE PAIN TREATMENT🚨🚨🚨 This practice is not recommended for acute pain. I can only agree with all the previous speakers that they refer to the pain consultation the following day at 8 a.m. I literally failed today, October 4th, 2023 at 4:15 p.m. because of the receptionist and no one coming. A patient who has an appointment has no pain and is, in my opinion, able to accept some waiting time. But nevertheless, the practice itself could follow the example of other practices and plan its appointments better and more proactively and, if necessary, also inform patients. This will certainly require more staff, but it is possible. And yes, everyone has to earn money, but not with intrusive offers and poor treatment if the patient responds negatively. I will not visit this practice again and can only recommend it to a very limited extent, if at all.

::I have been a patient in this practice for several years. The care is always excellent. A lot of time is taken and everyone is nice and sensitive. I was even allowed to choose my own music for my dental treatment and in the evening I received a call asking whether everything had gone well and how I was doing. I really found this to be a very nice service. The practice is located in an old villa, which doesn't look like a typical waiting room, so you feel at home as soon as you enter. It is equipped with modern technology. I particularly like the screen above the treatment table, so you're always a little distracted. Despite the appointment, the waiting time is sometimes a little longer, but since a lot of time is taken for each patient, this is okay for me. I can highly recommend the practice and especially Ms. Maresch.

::I have very problematic teeth with many cavities. I hate going to the dentist because always hurts me a lot, but here I was very pleased. The dentist and the nurse were very attentive. Next time when I have a problem, I will come back.
