  Absolutely amazing organization, they are always on time and ready to help you with any issue you might have. The theachers are all professional and well prepared, and the classes pretty intense but fun and interesting. Love it!

  One of my favourite studios by far! Especially the two owners, Nicole and Jonas, are exceptional teachers, go and visit one of their classes to see for yourselves. In addition they also train new teachers in their teacher training classes. Having been a regular for the past five years, I was fortunate to see some of their students become awesome teachers themselves, which are now also giving classes at the studio. It is true that classes are often crowded but ask yourself why: the quality of the teachers and classes are really good so that many people want to join. The studio offers courses for beginners to long time yogis so go and find your favourite class. For me setting foot into the studio for the first time was a life changer and I will always be grateful for showing me what impact Yoga and Pilates can have in your daily life.🧘‍♀️👏🏼

  If you live nearby, it's a decent place for quick yoga / pilates class. There are no showers, no secure lockers, rooms are pretty small, and classes can fill up quickly and classes can be crowded (you can still complete the exercises, just have to be aware of your neighbour). I don't live nearby so I wouldn't visit this studio again. The teacher I had for core tonight was good. Although I'm not sure if a total beginner would be able to follow because she went through the exercises at a fairly quick pace. For me, it was fine.
