  This course is wonderfully good for me every time, in a miraculous way - for my back but also for my soul. The healing meditations, affirmations, the Indian singing (with a real harmonium) and of course the gentle but always challenging asanas with sun salutations in different variations have become a highlight of my weekly routine. Marion has a very pleasant voice, and a balanced, loving being, from whom I feel inspired again and again and after the one and a half hours I fly out into the night full of gratitude ...
