::This is a MUST visit whenever I'm in Germany! Their beer is delicious (love their Kupfer Bock Bourbon Barrel), their food is incredible (large breakfast spread, get the Venison for dinner), great customer service, and the facilities / rooms are beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable - especially the Junior Suite! The town itself is pretty sleepy so not much to do nearby within walking distance, but it's a quick drive to Parsberg / Regensburg / Nuremberg. I absolutely love coming here!

::Been here 5 times with family over the past 10 years. It's always been perfect, and they stay positively creative with food, new additions like the spa/outdoor pool, rooms etc.

::As a local myself; I can guarantee you that every item on the menu is up to the most perfectionist specs humanly possible for the price given, and the rooms are fantastic. Pretty much all of the food the food supports local businesses and/or is locally sourced. The staff is also as friendly as germanically possible, and last but not least they have a kind hearted boss (you guessed it Fr. Winkler herself); with her cute dog that takes matters into her own hands by serving customers personally - now that's what I call good leadership! This hotel/resteraunt/spa/brewery has also been in business since the 26. October, of 1617 and is now in the hands of THE GERMAN MARTHA STUART! (meant in only the best way possible towards miss winkler). A bold statement indeed, but I'll let you see for yourself.

::Amazing Delicious traditional German food with good beer. They produce their beer here. There is a complex consisting of a beer museum, hotel, and restaurant. When you enter the restaurant amazing food smell welcomes you.

::Coziest stay in Bavaria. Greeted by a friendly little long-haired dachshund, the rest of the staff was equally as eager to please. The room was quaint but not lacking modern amenities. Dinner was amazing and the beer selection, fantastic. (I recommend the 0,5l copper) Should I return to the region hungry for a calming vacation, I would stay here again!
