  I wanted to send flowers to my sister who was conducting a concert at the Berliner Dom, but I didn't speak German. Happily, I encountered Mario who worked with me to overcome language (and payment) barriers. Then he personally hand delivered the bouquet, thoroughly delighting the recipient with his lovely personality and great spirit. He made the experience fun for all.
