On the one hand, customers are begged here in order not to go bankrupt, but on the other hand, one is chased away directly by the staff. When we visited, we had masks on and shopping carts with us. Unfortunately, my 12 year old son didn't take an extra shopping cart in with him. Instead of being addressed sensibly, you are yelled at directly here. Thanks a lot for this. We will never enter your branch again. Let's see how long you will be around with this customer service.

::This act of construction doesn't work at all, when entering you are very unfriendly pointed out to the mouth and nose protection, which of course I had on. Man is advised by the saleswoman that you do not have to roll your eyes. But that doesn't concern anyone. When asked if you should leave the building act immediately, we answered yes immediately. Which of course I did immediately. Times are hard enough for everyone, you can be a little friendly expect as a customer. You have now of course also lost sales.
