::It has been a long time since I have had such amazing service from a hotel! Everything from welcoming my cat with me, to answering my many questions, to loaning an umbrella ... I was made to feel at home and the staff went above and beyond! I can only recommend. The rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is good and it is close to the town centre. BTW - good sized parking spaces are available in a parking garage connected to the hotel. This is also only about 30 minutes from the Frankfurt airport.

::Came on a business trip, location of the hotel is greatly located near the city center. Breakfast is great Dinner at the restaurant is average. Rooms need improvements. Stuff are awesome, would like to thank: Nico: very supportive, and welcoming, wishing you all the best. Alicia very helpful. Isolde: very very supportive.

::Very nice and cozy hotel a few bus stops away from the railway station, and in the middle of the city - overlooking the Darmstadt University. Can highly recommend, I liked everything, and the breakfasts are delicious

::A bit outdated rooms (but going through renovation soon), very clean/spacious altogether - but a bit "congress hotel" hollow feeling. Handy parking below the hotel, good breakfast & friendly staff. Spa/wellness was unfortunately under renovation during our visit, which was a shame (that was one of the reasons for our booking).. Location excellent!

::Great hotel for a short stay with a great location in the city center! We mainly enjoyed that the garages had a direct entrance to the hotel (unfortunately not included in the price of the hotel or with a discount). Rooms were cozy, though rather small. Breakfast was good, no complaints :) Staff was very nice.
