  Since my house bank is not there, I went to the Volksbank in Lustnau because I wanted to change money. But I was refused because I don't have an account at the bank. With this understanding of service, new customer acquisition is certainly problematic.

  Before the cool daredevils of the Volksbank know what you are up to, you are accused of being unable to read and write by the same people standing in the backyard with a cigarette in their mouths. In order to avoid parking in the designated parking spaces in order to be able to withdraw money, it would be advisable to set up a drive-in ATM. Because apparently it is forbidden to occupy a parking lot for such things for less than 5 minutes. Shocked by the audacity of this proletarian behavior, I couldn't tell the staff here directly. Edit: I don't take this apology. In my opinion, there is no situation in which it is okay to disparage a stranger with personal insult, not even when it comes to a parking space and not even when it comes from a sub-store manager of VB. Because all you are sorry about in this situation is that I publicly complain about it and not the matter itself.
