::At the end or beginning of the month, people show up to collect cash. So did I today on July 31st, 2023. In a fairly large branch, all the machines are empty and supposedly need to be refilled!????!!! A bank employee saw me standing at the counter, perplexed, and asked me if I wanted to take cash with me. She led me to the checkout room. There I showed her my Volksbank (Munich Bank) bank card, whereupon she told me that she couldn't pay anything out in cash on this card and that it was possible that the ATMs might be filled up in the afternoon and I would ask again in the evening or tomorrow should come over. Where do I live? ... I just don't believe it! Is it possible to fill the machines in such a way that they can withstand a certain rush? ... and if not that, then at least automatically the next working day in the morning like the bakers do the bread. Of course, if you wait until the last penny has been paid out and then need several hours or even days to have someone come over to top it up, then that's just weak... thanks for the kind apology anyway!

::We switched to VR-Bank München Land (Trudering branch) last year and don't regret it. The whole team is very friendly and we are also satisfied with the advice. All problems are solved immediately in a customer-oriented manner. I only have one very small criticism. Because of Corona, the opening hours have been changed and as business customers we can only go to the bank in the afternoon. If we need change, this is currently only possible two days a week. But otherwise, there's nothing to complain about and that's why it stays at 5 stars!
