  I've always been VoBa Ludwigsburg customer and have my bank matters always done at the branch in Murr. I do not remember exactly why I went to the first time the branch to Freiberg, but it should be anyway the exception. The staff is always friendly and accommodating.And what I absolutely love, if I twice a year with my bag of collected coins Antrabe to change the money into bills, then they take it. Without annoying comments (my husband's bank, KSK , refuses), without "we have no time for that now, come back another time" or something similar. It will be done right away. From me 5 stars for service and friendliness.

  Hard to reach by phone, little open and poor advice to the point of ignorance. Poor customer service.
