::Many employees but no one wants, can or wants to help. It was about an investment. We called, the person on the phone wasn't responsible, please call again tomorrow. Called again the next day then the person wasn't responsible and the person now responsible wouldn't be there. Our conclusion from the matter is that we went to another financial institution in Spelle with the investment. They wanted, could and wanted to help us. We are/were customers of Volksbank Süd-Emsland for over 40 years.

::I've never seen such backward technology. You want to change money and you don't even have a single machine that has this function. Well, ok then just another variant. Deposit the money and withdraw it immediately and now come. Have 2 ATMs that say deposit/withdraw.... You put the card in and the menu only says withdraw but no deposit. When I asked at the counter... the lady told me "yes, I'm sorry, but we can't change money here at the counter either. That's only possible at the ATMs." funny but that doesn't work either. That's where you get a rappel.
