::I, as a resident, heard a loud bang and a bright flash of light, followed by a loud roar of an engine and a screeching of tires. I then rushed to the scene depending on the situation. There I was received by the Uslar police, who greeted me inappropriately and did not want/couldn't give me any information about the facts they had discovered. I was completely expelled from the location and felt like a second-class citizen. This approach by the state prompted me to turn my back on Volksbank Uslar and become a customer of Sparkasse Uslar. I have always been convinced that the VOLKSbank is friendly to the people and does not despise the people. It is possible that I am currently being carried away by the emotions arising from the situation and am inappropriately condemning Volksbank Uslar. However, the actions of the local executive hurt me enormously and I cannot condone this. However, my decision to transfer my trust to another financial administration remains as I am of the opinion, in this serious case, that a Volksbank employee should have been on site and clarified the situation. My long-standing membership within the Volksbank was trampled on and my trust was intensely broken. Sincere greetings J.E.

::Telephone branch is in Uslar. I had already spoken to the team on the phone several times. Always nice conversations and I was helped well.

::Unfortunately disappointing. A processing fee was charged on site, although the contrary was communicated in advance by telephone. In addition, the processing fee of €10 for copying data into a pre-printed form, which took 2 minutes, was unreasonably high.
