::Can only agree with the previous speaker, even though it was a year ago. Same problems, apps functions zero. The branch in Ratheim Hückelhoven is also simply closed. Top customer service, respect 👍.

::Volksbank has changed its software / online banking a few days ago. The conversion was dilettantisch: We have never seen such mistakes in a bank and also not thought possible. Online accounts did not work anymore. Credit card accounts that do not exist appeared. Usernames did not work anymore. Activation for online banking had to be requested completely new. And to top it all off, the new online banking interface is a dreadful one: DAS has no other bank in this customer-friendly way! Examples: Forced logout instead of "Extend" button. Compulsion to read new messages (which otherwise are not displayed when clicked). Partly misleading operating options. And in the app you will now always be happy with a promotional page. I'm just saying, "We're clearing the way". Yes it is clear!
