::It is really understandable that the opening times are being shortened due to the pandemic. What is not understandable, however, is that the main office is not open to working people in the afternoons on any single day of the week. From my point of view, not a good service. !!!

::Service equal to zero for 2 days, I wait for telephone callback

::Unfortunately, no parking for large cars (7m, 2.60) to make quick transfers or withdraw money ... Otherwise I'm satisfied ...

::I've been a customer since I know what money is, I've always been satisfied and never had any problems. From July 1st, 2018 the Volksbank would like to have 4 € a month from me so that I can lend you my money. I wonder how the Volksbank justifies this? - The Android app is below average - The Visa card costs an additional 20 € / year - There is no apparent positive difference to the free competition. I will probably no longer be a customer from 1.7.

::We are online banking customers at Volksbank Mittweida. Due to our R + V insurance and our monthly installment savings contracts, which are available from EUR 50 per month with a term of 4 or 7 years, we can use our current accounts free of charge. This is a good thing, especially nowadays when there are fewer and fewer free current accounts. However, there are still banks that offer checking accounts free of charge. As it looks, there will still be banks that offer free current accounts. For us as a pure online banking customer, Volksbank Mittweida is ideal. Contact by email, DE-Mail, fax and telephone possible. We don't need a local bank. Anyone who still pays for his checking account should definitely switch to a bank that has free checking accounts.
