  Rude and amazing ... Nobody will believe me was turned away at the counter ... It really can't be. My online banking is blocked and can't do anything anymore. It was an elder one who rejected me.

  I have been a customer of Volksbank Esslingen for many years now, since 1997 to be precise. At the time, I chose her because one of the branches was so practically right next to my workplace. Actually whenever I needed the VoBa, e.g. B. when I was an expat abroad, it let me down. I don't even want to write about the opening times, which make visiting the bank practically impossible for working people, and similar points. As a business customer, my wife had similar experiences to mine: The simplest processes become time and nerve-wasters due to a mixture of unwillingness and incompetence. Now recently the VoBa Esslingen, or meanwhile VoBa Mittlerer Neckar, but shot down the bird. In addition to indignation and incompetence, we were even treated outrageously and lied to. We are somewhat stunned to be treated like this by our own bank. We, my wife and I, will definitely switch to another bank.
