::The colleagues I dealt with were always great and extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, Volksbank seems to be a few years behind in terms of technology, I've had to take part in two mergers in 4 years and each time I get new IBANs, your dial-in data for my online banking via POST (which takes forever and it can't be activated online or by phone. ..). It's a shame that the people were actually always great. So 0 stars for the technology, 5 for the people.

::Super Service!! I am so satisfied with the service that after many years of being a customer at BB Bank, I am switching to Volksbank.

::I didn't have any good experiences either in the branch or over the phone. I cannot recommend this Volksbank because the apparently customer-friendly appearance is deceptive, which is also reflected in the other reviews...

::For over 4 weeks and numerous calls, I've been trying to get an activation code for my SecuregoPlus. But this seems to be a very big problem since I don't have a card for my account. I'm always told that the consultant will contact me, but nothing happens. When you finally talk to a consultant, you are assured that the code will be sent, but again nothing happens. I have never experienced such unreliable service as at this Volksbank. Or maybe they just don't care if you need something.

::Really a mess! The bank merges in a weekend. Customers are informed far too late or not at all. Since you've already heard of Volksbank customers having problems paying in stores, you think you'll be smart and get money from the ATM in advance. Yes, puff cake. The card is in the machine and suddenly it says a technical error has occurred. But the card doesn't come out anymore. For “security reasons” the card would be confiscated. Great, and on a Saturday!!!! On Monday morning you call them straight away to ask them not to send the card to your own bank, otherwise it would take days. I would pick up the card in the afternoon. Now I'm standing in the bank, the card has already been sent away! What's that supposed to mean? First the card is confiscated because Volksbank doesn't have its system under control, and then you get incorrect information from bank employees. Really great performance. Now I can drive 60 minutes to get my card back, who will pay for the gas and time??
