  When the Volksbank was still on Backhausstr. was, was much better!! The atmosphere was more personal, friendly and the local accessibility was better. Today there are catastrophic opening times (2 1/2 days a week), and you can't really say "hello" anymore if you just go to the machines. And these are often broken on weekends. And then the tour over the Kassel.

  I have been a customer of Volksbank for a long time. In the past, you had a permanent contact person who knew your personal concerns from A to Z. Nowadays you get to see new faces on a regular basis, which is a shame. The fact that the opening times have now been reduced to 2.5 days puts the finishing touch on the whole thing. I don't know why I should still pay the current fees. Sooner or later I won't be retained as a customer. What a shame!

  I have experienced the worst service in my life here. I was treated very condescendingly and rudely. I was initially accused of making a mistake, which later turned out not to be my fault. My problem was neither clarified nor was any effort made to find a solution. Throughout the entire conversation, I was given the feeling that it was an imposition that I even had a concern. I have never been given such bad advice in my life and after the visit I felt personally offended and insulted by the unfriendly lady at the counter. I will definitely never visit this branch again and change my bank.
