::The construction financing department is highly recommended. Likewise R&V insurance discussions, even if they are not the cheapest. These also seem to work well together. However, the coupling transactions when purchasing real estate are extremely annoying and mean that no purchase is possible without a mandatory checking account. Which of course offers significantly worse conditions than online banks, including basic fees, credit card fees, etc. I don't know who should benefit from this, since it will be canceled afterwards anyway, it essentially means work for both sides. This cancellation process is then as slow as possible, it's best to traipse into the branch, I haven't had a confirmation after two weeks, I have to ask, etc. At first we were promised that the cancellation would be sent, which never happened. Already very sleepy or just the intention to collect fees for as long as possible.
