  I was at the Karken branch yesterday. I highly recommend it. Great advice, nice staff, super quick handling of the desired matter, keep it up 👍

  Absolutely incompetent. No one carries responsibility here or at least answers and speech. The staff are only as friendly as long as you want something from you, but woe you need something from them. You can wait a long time. I feel cheated correctly. The last but one bank. In general, I guess from Volksbanks, since they already have (supposedly) nothing to do with each other outside a place and therefore nobody wants to help and help you.
