The fact that I was 7 minutes late at 12:00 on Wednesday annoyed the clerk and he grudgingly recommended that I come the next day as his "precious" time was unnecessarily wasted on me, so I would like to express my dissatisfaction express and advise you to avoid the Volksbank branch in Neustadt, Titisee-Neustadt, which has a very chaotic, unhealthy schedule: every Wednesday lunchtime, exactly in the middle of the week, it is closed, and if the customer is a Volksbank account but does not have a checking card, he cannot deposit money on Wednesdays from 12:00 p.m. m. until the next morning, because the convenience of the employees of this branch in Neustadt, Titisee-Neustadt is much more important than managing customers' money for the monthly commission they collect for free!
