::A bank stuck in the Middle Ages. You can forget about digital service and online banking here. Far too complicated and time-consuming. Other banks have developed a simple, clever concept, which can also be expected in 2023. Staff totally overwhelmed, they never know what the problem is. Especially for the smallest matter you have to go there and sort it out in person, which really doesn't correspond to this time. Who has the time and nerve for something like that these days?!
