  Only as long as friendly and "there for you", as long as you are diligently signing overpriced funds and insurance policies. There can never be enough signatures that people wanted to sell me glasses insurance ... I transferred all the money and insurance to the free competition or concluded the same service at 2/3 cheaper. When closing the accounts, I was literally shouted at, "You're ruining your money." I'm not ruining my money, it's rising on top, but your commissions. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether they want to participate in this sales mania / pressure. Best wishes

  As part of my move, I opened my accounts here. My advisor is kind and honest. The rest of the staff is also friendly. Issues are taken seriously and addressed personally. I feel welcome and in good hands here at any time.

  Unreliable and failing to keep their promises. I'm more than disappointed and pissed off with the way we were treated there when we applied for a loan. NEVER AGAIN VOLKSBANK !!! We will also close all of the existing accounts. That's not how you treat long-term customers!
