  I have been a customer of Volksbank Filder for many years. Above all, I appreciated the personal contact with the employees. There was always a contact person and quick solutions. Then the securities division was outsourced to Geno Broker in 2018. That's where it all started. When I wanted to transfer shares to the depot of another bank, the VBF made a processing error, so that my entire (!) Depot was transferred. They apologized to me and waived my custody fees for two years, but of course something like that shouldn't happen. Furthermore, the opening times were gradually reduced and I was no longer able to contact my bank advisor directly, but only wrote by email or asked for a call back. In the meantime, at the VBF you can no longer reach ANYONE after 12.30 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays. So it can happen that you have to make an urgent transfer, before you want to increase the transfer limit, but the menu item on the website has been changed. When the corresponding link is finally found in another menu, it is NOT DEPOSED. "No problem", you think, "just call and they will help you". But it is Wednesday afternoon and the phone announcement points you to the next day. For a "Volks" bank that is a sign of poverty. Everything that VBF once stood for - especially customer proximity - has been systematically deleted in recent years. So there is no reason for me to stay with this bank any longer.

  I have been with this bank for 30 years and my adviser Mr. Frank Hauser is always friendly. I have never had bad experiences.
