  I can only advise against this bank. Seldom experienced such bad communication and this VR app doesn't work at all. You will NOT be helped here. Online banking works better with comdirekt or the Consors Bank.

  I am primarily in contact with Herrm Struben and I am very happy to have such a great contact person. In recent years I have had contact with several savings banks and Volksbanks and Volksbank Euskirchen stands out positively from all others in all respects. Great service, technically top, super customer-oriented, quick response and always binding. Thanks and keep it up !

  Customer friendliness is very important here. Customers are generally assumed to have no money and cooperation is difficult. There are no ATMs for deposits, so you are tied to the counters ... Bank opening hours are very modest for this. Even online banking, which initially worked smoothly, was made extremely difficult by the change in the new procedure. Access to your own account is not even possible at times. When contacting the consultant, you will be told on the phone that you can do without the customer and do not see your responsibility to approach the customer ... that is exactly how you should not treat customers.

  All-round catastrophic service! It's hard to believe what this bank has already cost us (civil servants and property). "We are clearing the way". After 30 years of customer loyalty, we closed our accounts and are now at INGDiBa. They know how banking works!
