  There are banks and there are cooperatives. Whether people can and should really trust the employees of the cooperative is the key question and from experience I answer this with NO. The opening hours are not exactly practical, the advice is at the average level of a financial institution. There is very limited parking directly in front of the cooperative; the entrance is not barrier-free. The only advantage is the central location near the market.

  The bank should perhaps think about locking the doors in the evening so that only Volksbank customers have access. When you enter the bank in the evening, there are always homeless people and young people sitting on the floor, riding bikes IN the bank or throwing their garbage around. It doesn't work at all.
