::Unbelievably bad ... Yesterday, 22.7. My wife and I wanted to open a passbook there with our daughter. She already has a pocket money account with VR Bank. At first the lady at the desk asked reproachfully why we had not made an appointment. For a savings account? We do not want to discuss house financing! No, had not, can not be so expensive. She ran around the area for 10 minutes, but found no colleague who could do it. We do not know why she did not do that herself in time. No, nobody would have time. She would like to make an appointment for Ms. X, but she is on vacation. Okay, we thought. We still have holidays this week. She looked and looked in the calendar to propose us the 20th of August (!!!), so in FOUR weeks. Seriously, dear Volksbank? We thankfully refused and left the bank. We will now set up an account with our subsidiary online at a direct bank. Takes 5 minutes, plus new video legitimation. - So 10 min. And that relaxes, from home, without appointment .... I can understand that as a bank today with a savings account of a 14-year-old no money earned. Then you just do not offer it anymore ... But I thought tomorrow's customers would be important to you.
